I took a look thru some of these "problem" votes... and see the
people who are having problems voting putting an
[ x ] candidate
instead of the expected YES, NO, or ABSTAIN.
Correct format should be:
[YES ] Candidate
Anything else put in the []'s is not going to get a valid vote.
