I haven't become sufficiently annoyed by him to do that, yet. That doesn't
mean I won't do that at some point in the future.
Each of you that has a mailing list is running under his own set of rules.
USGenWeb does not control the mailing lists, Rootsweb does. And Rootsweb
lets its Listowners run their lists as they see fit. So if you feel this
fellow has spammed you enough, then by all means, get rid of him.

I have repeatedly offered to list this guy on my web sites, provided
he
provides me with his name, address and phone number. He has ignored my
requests.
I really feel we ought to put him on our reject lists.
Anyone else have any comments?
