Hi Manaia,
I have sent a reply to the list that I received Isabella Walker nee
Simpson's death certificate. Very promptly too which was lovely.
I am now looking for the rest of the family. Do I send another email to the
address below asking for individual Death certs or is there some other
archives that might have that information. I am looking for the death cert'
of James Walker Isabella's husband at Noumea unfortunately I don't when he
died but presume it was after Isabella so it would have been after 1885.
James Walker was born c 1836 at Dundee Scotland.
How would I find anything out about their children Peter born 1866, Jessie
1869 ,Eliza born 1871, Alexander, Thomas and William. Also how would I find
out when they arrived in New Caledonia?
Thank you for your patience and kind help

Hi,
I have subscribed to your list but it looks a bit empty so I wondered if
you
could tell me the address I would email to for Deaths at Noumea New
Caledonia. I
did send an email to archives(a)gouv.nc which I got off a query re New
Caledonia
on Ancestry but it bounced.
Would really appreciate your help
many thanks
