if not listed on the death certificate, it's possible that an obituary would
give his birthplace; have you done 1920 census work on the family? it's
possible that where ever they were living in 1920 is where he was born....

i'm looking for my fathers birthplace. according to the ssdi, he was born
in nevada. born 2-4-1915. mothers maiden name bryant. his name is peyton
grandville nelson. he died in calif. aug. 14, 1985. i don't know where
he was buried either. i would appreiciate all the help i could get. thank
you
