In checking some newspaper records I see the following which may or may not be your Henry
Thomas.

Henry Thomas, 56, carpenter, Residing at the rear of Henry's service station,
Nineteenth avenue and Bayshore highway, suffered, head lacerations and possible fracture
of his skull when struck by an automobile as he walked, out on the highway 10:15 oclock
last night, Police said they were unable to find the driver of the car. Thomas was
resting easily at San-Mateo Community hospital today.

open here late this afternoon at the chapel of George W. Sucider & Co.
They are:

Nineteenth avenue and Bayshore boulevard. ....

Henry Thomas who is stationed at March Field, visited his sisters, - Mrs. Joseph Hawthorne
and Miss Betty Thomas, over the Fourth. Miss Audrey Thomas of Redwood City will become
the Bride of Corp. Archie Fineout of the Presidio in San Francisco July Fourth in Reno.
The couple will live in San Francisco.
The above seems to match with the following Calif Death:
FINEOUT, AUDREY JUNE, died 22 May 1993, at SONOMA County, FEMALE, born 18 Jun 1921, in
California. Mothers maiden name, BAILEY.
