Surname: Yonker, Younker, Dunn, Harris, Montgomery, George, Hazlett, York
-------------------------
I am trying to find family of a Jesse Younker/Yonker. He was born in Illinois
in December of 1872 and worked as a farm laborer. In the early 1900's he
left Illinois and headed west and the family states that he sent word that
he had married a Native American Indian lady in Nevada and was doing fine
and then they never heard from him again. His parents were Joseph and Martha
"Mattie" Younker. If anyone can connect with this name or know of this
name would like to hear from you.

Surname: Rochford
-------------------------
My great grandfather, Michael D. Rochford married Catherine McGovern in
Chicago,Illinois, after he ran away from his father's homestead in Zenia
Ohio circa 1869 because his father's plow horse died while he was plowing
a field. Then he and Catherine moved to Nevada circa 1875 through 1883.
He was supposed to have lived in Nevada the whole time. We wonder if he
was ever involved in founding the town now known as Rochford in South Dakata?
He and Catherine had nine children, four of whom were born in Nevada: Lawrence
b. 8/1878; Kittie b 3/1881; Joseph b. 11/ 1881; and Aggie M. b. 5/1883.
They then moved to 7009 Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Ill. by 1883. We also
know that there was one Samuel Rochford living in Hamilton City, White
Pines County Nevada at the time on 1870.
