I would contact first your ISP as the probelm may be in the setup of
your service. Did you ever have it working correctly. If so, what changes
have you made in your computer?
Netscape does have some quirks, however. I finally had to go to IE5.5
which I had not wanted to do, because Netscape kept losing my email. I do
continue using it as a browser.
This is a rather quiet list; until the last two days, I don't believe I
have seen a message in several weeks.
