I just thought I'd share about this project. It sounds interesting!

Subject: [STATE-COORD] New IAGenWeb Special Project
To: STATE-COORD-L(a)rootsweb.com
I'm proud to announce a new IAGenWeb Special Project: Iowa in the
Great War, coordinated by Constance Diamond. You'll find it at
http://iagenweb.org/greatwar/.
Constance has been hard at work for the last month or more preparing
the new SP for its debut, and I'm sure you'll agree with me that the
information already there is fascinating and the information still to
come exciting. She is making it easy, as well, for visitors to find
and our volunteers to use data relevant to their county/counties.
What's more, her design is lovely, and the logo is exceptional.
This is the ninth Special Project we have developed for IAGenWeb, and
each one of them provides in-depth information of statewide importance
for our visitors. Together with our 99 county sites they represent
wonderful examples of the USGenWeb vision. You can browse all nine
Special Projects from
http://iagenweb.org/state/archives.php (though
Iowa in the Great War may not be listed there for a few more hours).
Please join our IAGenWeb team in congratulating Constance on her new
project and wishing her well as she continues to enrich it.
Thank you,
Greta
