Thanks! I agree and I also must discuss it with Denise and
Paul. I obviously can not do this unilaterally.
BTW, I hope that others will not try the robots.txt I used
because apparently TGN is determined that if they can not
use our data, they will shut us down.
I simply must get a couple of copyrighted books that are
still in print off the Rootsweb server. They can keep
anything I did but not the copyrighted material that was
donated for the benefit of the xxGenWeb county sites. TGN
does not own those sites and they have said they will
respond to certified letters asking that they remove
copyrighted materials. No wonder the fees keep going up -
their attorney fees are going to get very high.
