Thanks Sandy but the 553 error problem must have been connected to the RW server problem.

If the problem persists, call 1-800-262-3787 which gets you the
"Generations Network" corporate office. They told me not to
communicate with anyone claiming to be a RW employee or to work in
the RW accounts department because RW doesn't have any employees and
there's no RW accounts department.
