Sandy,
This is the utility page where I choose options for my mail lists.
This one is set for Watauga , Just exchange ncwataug for ncvance,
or whatever your list address is.
Go to the very bottom of the page to "Customize Settings" and you
will find a choice for letting everyone search old mail, or you
may choose just for the list subscribers to be able to search.
