Please cease your distractions. Very few posts you make have been
constructive to the Project.
I'm not going to address any piddly stuff, I'll make my statements based on
the direction of the NCGenWeb Project.
If you have any complaints about anyone's pages, address that individual
privately or address it to one of our three Regional ASC's. The Discuss
list is not the place for accusations.

Yes indeed I love the NCGenWeb Project (did I dot the 'i's' and cross the
't's' to suit your hypocritical post?)
And, indeed I want to see the Project grow and prosper. I will do what is
necessary to make sure that our Project conforms to the original concept.
That also includes a loyalty you only begrudgingly allege. Your pages,
which prominently display the logos of other organizations, make one wonder
if your "love [of] the NCGenWeb Project" is truly genuine.
No indeed, I don't believe in censorship or bashing. I accepted this
position to do what I was elected to do: lead. You have had your
opportunity to serve as State Coordinator. In 2000, a resounding majority
rejected your candidacy (28-8). Had everyone voted, I'm sure it would have
been even more lopsided. You didn't do much better in your attempt to be
SE/MA CC Representative. Perhaps most folks are familiar with you.
"Thinking" minds immediately recognize the constant distractions you have
posted. Most of them lacked anything constructive for the Project. You seem
not to have learned this fact. You seek, instead, to constantly pick,
criticize, condemn and obstruct. You have certainly made a name for
yourself--certainly not one that I would envy.
I think our parliamentary procedures will have a great deal to say in how
the majority would like to see this organization progress. Your attitude
toward the Project leaves you in a very distinct minority. Get over it!
People are tired of your negativism. Make your motions and everyone will
vote on them. The volunteers will make their motions as well. Let's enjoy
this democracy that other detractors have claimed we lack.
If you can function in this Project without annoying the rest of the folk,
we'll be happy to entertain your presence. If not, perhaps the AHGP,
ALHN, NCROOTS or any of the other organizations you are active in, will
gladly welcome your leadership.
The long and short of it is:
LEAD, FOLLOW OR GET THE HECK OUT OF THE WAY!
Cordially,
--Derick
PS--No need to file yet another grievance. I have already forwarded this
post to those who have the authority to remove me if I have acted
inappropriately.
