I have seen and spoken with a lot of people that use
http://www.coffeecup
com They have a HTML
Editor that you can download for a free trial to try and use. You can click
and drag the needed HTML onto your web pages to help you make them and it
also checks them for errors for you. I personally have not used it, but I
have heard from others that it is an excellent way to make web pages. Try it
and see how it works for you.
Good luck!

Subject: [NCGENWEB-DISCUSS] HTML Editor
Greetings and happy holidays!
I had formally used FrontPage as my editor, recommended or not, but can't
get it on the new computer. Can you tell me what you are using and/or give
me any recommendations.
You're probably all high level html coders so don't blow me out of the water
I have had some learning problems and it seemed so difficult for me in the
past.
Thanks much!
