Thank you Shirley.
My name is Constance Diamond and I happy to be a part of MTGenWeb. Some of
you I 'know' and have worked with before and I look forward to getting to
know those of you I don't know yet. I will be watching over Lincoln and
Flathead counties and will be updating and adding new data soon.
I have been doing genealogy for over 30 years and teaching beginning
genealogy classes for 10 years. I love genealogy and like Elaine have
mounds of paper that little by little I am getting scanned and put on an
external drive. I became a member of IAGenWeb in 2000. I am a CC of three
county projects and a Special Project and a Co-CC of another Special
Project. I live in Oregon, where I was born.
Between college and pro football, hotrods, gardening, travel and genealogy I
stay busy and there is never a dull moment in my life. My laptop goes
everywhere I go when I travel.
I look forward to working with you all!
Constance

Welcome to our newest members, Constance Diamond, Elaine Martin, and
Laura Gregory Roberts! Ladies, please say hello and tell us a little
about yourself. And again, welcome!
The MTGenWeb has grown to 32 volunteers and the orphan counties have
been reduced to 13 as opposed to 23 counties and 1 project (MTPhotos)
that were on the list last month. I would like to see the orphan list
reduced even further and to that end, I have added the MTPhoto
Archives to my list of duties. How about you? If a few CC's adopt
another county, the orphan list would become very short. Let's set a
goal of getting the orphan list down to 7 available counties by May
1st. Please consider helping the MTGenWeb reach that goal.
