From two witnesses it must be so-- but why can't I see any errant
links?
I go to:
<
http://www.mtgenweb.org/>
and inspect all the links-- using OmniWeb, I have the url codes
showing in the bottom Status Bar, and they all look proper to me.
I don't see any funny text at the bottom of the page either. I
reloaded the page again with no change. Are we seeing different
versions? Could it be that I'm somehow accessing an old cached version?
OK, update-- upon showing the source code, in the top 20%, there is a
long string of movie download urls (sample below) but how does one
access them? Is my browser "incompatible" or is it just non-
functioning hack?
Not ready for a rerun of the rebuild racket. I vote relaxing and
reflecting on WHAT is really going on, so a lasting solution can emerge.
Anyone familiar with jamespot?
How many other non-roots GenWeb services are being bothered? Is due
to who we are, or where MontanaGenWeb is hosted?
I'm no help on
mtgenweb.org log-in because I don't have access,
inasmuch as we server all our stuff from our personal ISP webspace.
(at
3rivers.net)
Was the discovery made by noticing corrupt links or visible content?
Or by inspecting the source code for the pate? Or only after
problems with log-in to the server hosting mtgenweb.org?

The State page has been hacked, again. It's full of links for movie
downloads.
And, I see my own page has also been hacked. Random check of the
other counties shows
Fallon
Silverbow
Toole
Treasure
Valley
Wibaux
Yellowstone
have all been hacked.
