Turns out I have the "kill" setting on already. Any message from a
non-subscriber is automatically "discarded."
But ... it is still forwarded to the admin address. So even though I have no problem with
spam making it through to the list itself, I can't seem to find the button to push to
keep it out of my personal mailbox.

Not at all Jim but since only CCs are supposed to be subscribed to
this list, a new CC generally doesn't have to "subscribe" they should
be added by the list owner immediately. On the county lists you have
a different email to subscribe don't you? This "kill" setting affects
only emails going to the list. ie: Wiebauxlist(a)rootsweb.com not the
subscribe/unsubscribe emails. I know thats not really the email but
you get what I am saying. You may have to poke around for the setting
as it isn't apparent unless you are looking for it.
