I did some topic searching on the Listowners list at Rootsweb, and - live and learn - I
found out the reason some of us are getting spam to our listadmin addresses even though
we've set the list to kill nonsubscriber mail.
The spammers are getting mail through to an unrelated list at Rootsweb, and bcc-ing
listadmin addresses on other lists. You can't see that from looking at the headers.
Doesn't make me feel real warm and fuzzy about Rootsweb's security regarding
listadmin addresses, but what are ya gonna do, eh?

Subject: [MTGEN] Now Spammers are using Rootsweb
I just received this odd and what I consider spam email. What bothers me
the most is the reference to Rootsweb. Has anyone else received the like?
If I right click over the RW link enclosed, it gives me the option to
translate rather than giving me the real web site. Weird
