clarification on the rules are pasted, with permission, below. Do we have
an ASC that would fulfill the requirements? If so, would you accept a
nomination?

Hi Ken,
Since I am subbed to the list only in my capacity as current SE/MA SC rep, I
don't want to reply directly to the list.
So, I'll just pass this info to you, and if you wish, you may inform the
MSGEN-L listmembers.
Even if you did elect someone as SC within the past short while, they would
not be eligible to run unless they were a
State Coordinator in this region for 12 months prior.
However, ASSISTANT State Coordinators *are* eligible to run, as long as they
meet the 12 month test. I was an ASC only
when I was elected.
