Nate - FWIW, I just wanted to say that I think you've handled this situation
perfectly, and I wanted to add my thanks
for taking Ellen off of "moderated" status.
To both Nate and Ellen - No matter who wins the SC election, MSGenWeb will
be in good hands, and is very lucky to have
two people of your caliber willing to serve.

I am so very very sorry to hear about Shirley's illness. The
entire
family
will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Nate, thank you very much for your consideration to me personally. It is
appreciated.
Please don't feel awkward about your situation. We're all sorta in the
same
boat. :-)
I agree, it would appear to be time for the three ASCs to continue with
the
election. That would be in accordance with USGW By-Laws, and I know
they
are
capable, and can handle things quite nicely.
I'll be happy to sit back and await whatever decisions are made.
