Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Hi Ya'll,
Check out these new additions to research in Benton County!
Pictures of Hickory Flat:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~msbenton/HickoryFlat.html
Thanks goes to Ronald Bradley for sending these in. As always if you
have old photos of Benton send them in and I will add them to the site.
Tippah County Land Patents: (Including Benton County land because the
boundaries of Tippah included a large amount of Benton at the time) A
special thanks to Fred Cox for providing us with this information. Be
patient, the files are quite large and may take a while to show on your
browser if you are using a dial up modem. If you have problems with the
files please contact me.

Enjoy!

Hi, Folks -
I'm back in business, though a bit behind. Son nuked the drive, and did a
fresh Win install. With the upgrades, this thing runs so fast I can hardly
keep up with it. <g> But now I have to reinstall everything, so please
bear with me another day or two. :-)
Ear, sorry you're having problems, too.
Ellen
Hi, Folks -
Oh lucky me. Windows crashed big time while trying to install a CD burner. I'm using web mail on hubby's computer, and probably will have to use this for several days.
Just didn't want anyone to think I had skipped the country. <g>
Thanks!
Ellen
