Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
I have privately told Linda (in order to make the dealine and receive the
full job description) and am now officially making a public declaration.
I would like to run for the position of Mississippi State Coordinator.
If there are any questions you would like to ask of me, please do so. I
am the Coordinator for Lafayette Co MS for those who are not familiar
with who I am :-)

Back to dialup when we move to south Georgia. :-( Guess the
cable TV company there will begin to hate to see me coming
because I will be the biggest proponent of Cable Modem Service
around Bainbridge.

HI,
I didn't see a Burcham cemetery; there is a Buncum Cemetery. There is only
one Burcham family listed in the Lee Co., MS Cemetery Book (published in
1979) That is James B. Burcham 13 Apr 1903 - 2 Dec 1969 and Vera E. Burcham
15 July 1905 (still alive in 1979)
They are buried in the Pratts Cemetery which is S. E. of Baldwyn, MS. Hope
this helps.

you have any information on how to find it I would greatly appreciate it.

Ok Gang,
The deadline has passed and no one has announced their intentions to run
for SC. It's very important that we get the election done and I get the
new SC started before January 15th since my Last day is January 30.
MSGW should take care of this internally. I don't want to go to the SC
list and advertise. We may get someone totally unfamiliar with Mississippi
and researching here. We all know how confusing it is to research
somewhere we don't know. Just this week alone I have had 2 "how do I start
letters". Most of the time SC is NOT a demanding job. It just needs more
time than I have at this point in time. I really hate to bother Tim with
finding a replacement since he is already overburdened with national
responsibilities and his counties, states and mailing lists.
Ya'll are a great group and ANY one of you have the leadership capabilities
that it takes to be a good SC. Ellen, Rich and I will ALWAYS be only an
email away.
Having said this I will extend the deadline until Monday January 8 at
midnight PST.
Thanks for your time!
Linda

Hi Linda,
I am giving up Attala County and have found someone who will do a great job.
What do I need to do to get everything switched over to him.
