Why don't you set up a series of Folders, i.e. SUSSEX-PLUS and MON-GWENT,
for your various Lists with a Message Rule so that all incoming mails are
sent to the various Folders. Problem solved!

Subject: Subject Headings
To the List Admin
I wonder if the subject headings of emails to this list could have a
prefix that
identifies emails as coming from the list?
ie Sussex list has SUSSEX-PLUS and Lancashire has LANCSGEN
I recently had a virus (well several - my son turned the software off as
it slowed
down his download!) and I am sceptical about opening mail with or
without attachments when I don't know the person, or, if I think it is spam.
I've been hitting the 'delete' button a lot lately and don't want to miss
something important.
If the subject headers can have an identifyier I would be grateful.
Please don't start mailings on virus etc, the son is standing up to eat!
Enough
said.
