Hi John, greetings from the great south land. I notice you do not
have any photos of the Chapel in Croesfaen. I was a boy soprano
there in the early 1950s before emigrating to Australia. Wonder if
there are any other 'singers' from Croesfaen on your mailing list? I
have a photo and will no doubt take others when 'I come home again to
Wales' in October. There was a wedding in my family at Baglan so
that is of interest to me too. Wonder if that's why it fell into
disrepair?
regards,
Huw

'Welsh Churches and Chapels Collection' - Llanhilleth, MON
Dear Listers,
I'm still working steadily through my collection of photographs of
churches and chapel, and adding them to the 'Welsh Churches and
Chapels'
feature on my website (see
www.jlb2005.plus.com/walespic/churches/).
I have today added a new webpage displaying a selection of
photographs of
St Illtyd's Church, Llanhilleth (MON). The photos were taken in
2004 by
Michael P. Thompson. To access this latest addition, go to the URL
quoted
above, click the 'search the indexes' button and scroll down the
alphabetical list until you find the hot-link to Llanhilleth.
Kind regards,
John
