Hi John, greetings from the great south land. I notice you do not have any
photos of the Chapel in Croesfaen. I was a boy soprano there in the early
1950s before emigrating to Australia. Wonder if there are any other
'singers' from Croesfaen on your mailing list? I have a photo and will no
doubt take others when 'I come home again to Wales' in October.

Dear Huw,
Are you referring to Groesfaen near Miskin in Glamorgan? If so, the
mailing list that I administer (the Powys List, covering BRE, MGY and RAD)
is unlikely to have members with interests in Groesfaen. You'd do better
to post your query on the Glamorgan List, administered by Jeff Coleman.
It's true that I have never photographed any chapels in Groesfaen. Indeed,
there are thousands of Welsh churches and chapels that I've not
photographed, and probably never will. Life is too short! At present I
have photographed just over 200 places of worship in Wales - but apart
from my own photographs, I'm always willing to accept offers of good
quality digital images of Welsh churches and chapels, to add to the 'Welsh
Churches and Chapel Collection' feature on my website.
The images need to be at least 780 pixels in width (if landscape format)
or at least 600 pixels in width (if portrait format).
You can see the places of worship which are already covered by scrolling
through the index at

Kind regards,
John
