You need to contact the Gwent Record.Office to see if the hold any records,
if it is medical records you need checking, then I am afraid you will
probably have to wait another 33 years at least to get access to civialian
medical records, I say civilian because your enquiry may have something to
do with the War, then you may have to contact either the War Office or the
National Archives, because military medical records would be incoporated in
to a soldiers service history.
