I have found George CROSS and family at the address given in 1901 census.
William PREATER was there as brother-in-law, single, b dinsley,
loucester[ which might be dursley, but doesn't have a capital letter to
start it] . The only Eva in the household was Eva CROSS, age 9 mth.
I am sending full details off-list.

Subject: [Mon] help needed urgently!
Dear Listers
I need one favour and some local info. Please, does anyone out there know
if Yew St
Merthyr Tydfil is as it was in 1891 - 1901 or has it been
modernised. Also, is there a mine at Methyr Tydfil that can be photographed
and does anyone know where employee records might be held for local mines?
Now the favour! I am not sure how available 1901 census is in Wales but if
it is
available is there anyone who would be willing to check address for
this couple,:
William Preater(Prater)
wife Eva
last known address 65 Yew St living with George Cross (Head)
Thank you in advance for any assistance as need to get family tree
finished for
dads birthday in 2 weeks time!!!!! I SHOULD BE SO LUCKY!
