I am attempting to trace my Harvey Line and, sorry to say, have not
done any research out of the USA. I will give the only information I
have and hopefully someone will be able to offer some assistance or
direction.
My great-grandfather - John Harvey born December 28, 1871 in
Blaenavon, Abergavenny , Monmouth. I have a copy of his birth
certificate. He eventually moved to Orlando, Florida and he and his
wife are buried there.
His parents were Ambrose and Sarah Prydy Harvey. He was born about
1839 in Gloucestershire, then what looks like Bebon. His father was
John. No information on him at all nor the name of Ambrose's mother.
Sarah Prydy was born about 1839, daughter of William, in Blaenavon,
Monmouth. No additional information.
