1. Morgan T. WILLIAMS, Died 21 Sep 1901, Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA: Age
46; injured in the Red Ash mine on Friday, 20 Sep 1901; born at
Hirwain, South Wales in 1855; only relative in U.S. is Thomas
Llewellyn, his brother-in-law; buried in Hollenback Cemetery beside
his wife.
2. Susanna JONES, Died 15 Oct 1901, Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA: Age 78;
widow of David M. Jones [died 1 Jun 1895, at age 78]; native of
Llandybie, Carmarthenshire; emigrated to the U.S. in 1871; survived by
four children - Rev. Morgan P. Jones of Marietta, Ohio; Mary, wife of
Rev. William C. Jones of Homestead, Pa.; Mrs. Gwilym M. Evans of the
Heights; and Mrs. Henry H. Prichard, Kingston.
3. Elizabeth WILLIAMS, Died 14 Nov 1901, Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA: Age
71; born in Dowlais, South Wales; emigrated to U.S. about 12 years
ago; formerly Mrs. Meredith Evans, her first husband died about three
years ago [16 Feb 1899]; survived by her husband and nine sons and
daughters - Mrs. Elizabeth Jones of Olyphant; Mrs. James Davis; Mrs.
Richard Morgans; Mrs. David Coates; Mrs. Joseph Bound; Cassie Williams
and John M. Evans, Evan Evans, and Edward Evans.
