How much chance is there that the relationship of two people in a house has
been mixed up?
In the household below, I think I've found my great-grandfather, Moses
DAVIES (its about time!).
There's another Davies, the same age, and Dad keeps telling me that Moses
had a twin that was dead by the 1930s.
However, this Arthur Davies is down as a boarder, and there is an unmarried
son called Elizabeth Evans.
I've cleaned out my bank account, so I can't check the census image to see
if there has been a transcription error.
Of spellings, there have been plenty of transcription errors, but I'm
wondering whether this might be a switching error.
What do you think?
x Kate.
