A few graves uncovered in recent ground clearing project.
The larger military grave is of George Holly Archer. While uncovering this grave I
partially uncovered a grave of Enoch and Elizabeth Evans. The bottom photo, is of a Snook
family grave, the one with the iron work on and looks like it as been tended to fairly
recently, the grave next to it is of a John Howard Hancock, Emma Hancock and a Jethro
Hancock. The other military grave is of a JD Jenkins SWB's who died at the age of 31
in 1918. To the right of this grave I have partially uncovered a grave of Sarah Ann Smith
who died at the age of 47 in 1938.
Hope they ring a bell with distant relatives.
Abraham BEVAN died 12 Feb.1909 age 58
George EMES husband of Margaret died Sept. 1929 age 44. Also Phyllis Audrey(?) and
Margaret. Details on photo indistinct.

details.
This project is ongoing and the graveyard is well worth a visit with the weeds on more
than half the area cut. Be careful though the ground is uneven and many graves have
subsided.
