Hi All,
I get an email alert from Ancestry when someone sends me a message on Ancestry. This may
be in the set-up but I don't remember. It is possible that some users will ignore
these alerts or don't understand them. When I use Ancestry for this purpose, I try to
put a "Hook" in the subject.

True, but some Ancestry users don't check in very often, so it
sometimes takes a while.
