No David, the will says he was in East Stonehouse and it was witnessed by a Devonport
attorney. His occupation was "engineer". He had been the Superintending
Engineer on the construction of the Royal William Victualling Yard in Devonport not long
before his death. He owned quite a lot of real estate in Bristol according to the will so
I guess he might also have had a "holiday home" in Usk.

Jenny hi, just to double check, it wasn't possibly Stonehouse in
Gloucestershire was it, across the Severn Estuary from Usk?
