Wow !! Was she really 189 years old when she died?
Or did you mean she died in 1899?

Subject: Brick wall
One of my brick walls is the name of a woman who is my husband's
3 great
grandmother. I have a picture of her which has the notation (written by my
f-i-l)
which says:
Great great grandmother Thomas
B. 26 Jan 1810
D. Sep 1999
She had a son named John who married Ann Davies. (They are both buried
near
the back of Ebenezer Chapel in Pontnewynydd).
John and Ann had a daughter named Mary Jane Thomas. Mary Jane married
Alfred
Barnes. They came to the U.S. in 1887.
Most records show the family living in the area of Trevethin/
Pontnewynydd.
John and Ann lived an worked in the Newcastle, England area.
Does anyone recognize this family?
