How can they justify a 3+ fold increase in price when I can get the same for
7 quid sent to me in Australia?
That sure is 'value-added' in the most ridiculous sense.

Please Please be careful how you word things when you send messages to the
list. This is NOT a bogus site. they are charging the extra £16 for the
use
of their services so be aware that it is not the online cetificate
ordering
website of the GRO but a commercial enterprise.
