Yes that would be good. Ann James nee Farr was buried there on 28.9.1850
and her husband Charles James was buried 14.3.1860. Their son , Abraham
James was transported to Western Australia in 1851 and I am trying to
find his family in Wales- Jan James

- Do you know the name of the Church in Raglan. I have my Great Great
Grandparents buried in 1850 & 1860-Jan
St Cadoc's Church, Raglan.
As it happens I was there today to look at the gravestone of my
grandparents
because we have just added a slope to the front with my parents and my
uncle
recorded on it. Perhaps I should tell the keeper of MIs for Gwent FHS
about
the addition.

Hi Jan,
I took a peek at Mike John's website
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~monfamilies/monprts.htm
and found the burials for Raglan so I looked for Ann and Charles. The only
information I can add - that you probably already know is their ages Ann was
56 when she died and Charles was 73.
Oh and the index says they were both of Raglan Parish so they might be on
the 1841 census.
