Hi Adrian,
I'd suggest it could be these two entries, with Rachel spelt as Rachael:
1841
HO107; Piece 745; Book: 7; Civil Parish: Christchurch; County: Monmouthshire;
Enumeration District: 12; Folio: 7; Page: 5
(with Thomas 40, Matthew 14 and a Margaret mistranscribed on Ancestry as
Mazarel, 10.)
1851
HO107; Piece: 2451; Folio: 100; Page: 18
(with widowed Thomas 56, brothers Chater (possibly meant to be Charles?) 28, and
Matthew 24)
In 1841, Charles was possibly an apprentice shoemaker at HO107; Piece 745; Book:
8; Civil Parish: Christchurch; County: Monmouthshire; Enumeration District: 13;
Folio: 6; Page: 3
I would guess that the mother Margaret had died prior to 1841.
Best wishes

Subject: [MON] RACHEL DUFFIELD
Rachel, daughter of Thomas and Margaret DUFFIELD was baptised in
Christchurch
parish church on 5 April 1829.
She was living in Caerleon on 24 October 1858 when she married James WARREN in
St Paul's parish church, Newport.
I have her details from the census returns from 1861 to 1891 inclusive (she
died in 1891) but not those for 1841 and 1851. Can anyone help me in locating
her, please?
Adrian
