I am back on the trail of the Browning family who resided in Abergavenny from the 1860s.
This is one part of the family I am researching and Ellen was married to a Samuel
Browning who also came from Gloucestershire.
There is also another Samuel Browning who was married to Kezia and at the time of her
death in 1885 she was quoted as being the widow of Samuel, a relieving officer of the
Monmouth Union.
There is also a connection with the Asylum in Abergavenny - I think Frederick William
Browning worked there as an Asylum Stewart Officer but I think other members of the family
also worked there at some time.
