On Saturday 26th July 2008, there is to be a PASK Family Gathering of over
180 people from the U.K. and all over the world, related to or have an
association with the surnames of PASK, PASKE, and PASQUE and their variants.
The gathering is being held at Whepstead, Suffolk, from 11:00 am to 10 pm.
Attendees will be treated to a feast of information concerning their
ancestors from the main families that originated from Suffolk, Lincolnshire,
and Monmouthshire. This includes a photograph collection of over 800 images,
charts, documents, and family memorabilia.
The day will provide an excellent opportunity for a family reunion as well
as meeting unknown relatives. To assist in the administration of such a
large gathering, attendance is only through booking. See the Pask One-Name
Study website (
www.pask.org.uk) for additional information

form. Alternatively contact us at pask(a)one-name.org.
To coincide with the PASK Family Gathering, a series of four books has been
written. This includes a 268-page book titled PASKs of Monmouthshire Volume
I. This book covers the descendants of Isaac Pask, the main Monmouthshire
progenitor. In this book there are over 40 detailed charts for the main
families, minibiographies of approximately 1,040 people, together with 100
photographs. Also information on the Pask, Paske One-Name Study and a full
index by surname and christian names of the people mentioned in the book.
