A naïve question, perhaps, but have you tried contacting the daughter?
The address you quote isn't quite correct, according to my sources.
I'll email you privately with the last known address

Subject: [MON] Margaret Bevan Castle
I'm seeking the antecedents of?Mrs. Margaret Bevan Castle who died on the 6
December, 1997, aged 93.? At the time of her death she was living at 75
Caerphilly Road, Bassaleg, Newport, South Wales.? Her daughter Myra Bevan
Shakespear lived next door at 77 Caerffili Road, Bassaleg, Newport, South
Wales, NP1 9LJ.
?
In September, 1977, whilst living at Rhos, Colwyn Bay, Mrs. Castle wrote to
the South Wales Guardian following a local history article on Llandilo
Bridge. Mrs. Castle stated that she was a member of the same family as the
Morgan Brothers?of Ty Llwyd, Glanaman, Carmarthenshire, who built Llandilo
Bridge.? She further stated that they were two of her mother's uncles and of
the same family of Jonathan and Frances Morgan, Pant-y-Bryn, Heol Ddu
(Glanaman). She also said that Jonathan and Frances Morgan were her mother's
great-grandfather and great-grandmother.
?
Mrs. Castle was born 22 August, 1904.
?
I, also, am a descendant of Jonathan and Frances Morgan, Pant-y-Bryn and,
together with other descendants of the Morgan's, would like to know how Mrs.
Castle fits into our family tree.
?
We are all experienced family history researchers but so far?have failed to
find Mrs. Castle's antecedents.
?
Can anyone help?
?
