I'm guessing that they're her parents - it's the Risca thing that I'm
going with at present - Sam's uncle and family lived in the Risca area, and 2 other
uncles also lived in Newport, plus his brother Fred. They were all originally from Dorset,
but all married Welsh girls.They are periheral family so I'm holding off on the

Do you have the marriage certificate? It should give her father's name. With
luck her mother or siblings might be a witness. There is a baptism at Risca
of Annie with those parents.
