Hello Roger,
Your Isaac Maibery was christened at nearby Chapel Hill on 8 July 1827 by William and his
wife
.......the spelling of the surname varies considerably, this time MAYBREY.

Subject: [MON] MAIBERY Isaac 1827 - 1885
Hi all
My origins and research are mainly in the West Riding of Yorkshire.
However I am following a connection to Isaac MAIBERY, born circa 1827, Tintern
Abbey, married Alice Empsall in Halifax on 1 March 1847. His father is recorded
as William MAIBERY, labourer.
Census records suggest that Isaacs origins lie in Tintern Abbey, Monmouthshire
but these are proving somewhat elusive. I have not found him i the 1841 census.
Isaac's occupation is given as "wiredrawer". He spent much of his married
life
in Warrington sometimes with Alice and the children and at other times in
lodgings whilst his wife and family were living back in Halifax.
I have also noted a John and a Thomas MAIBERY, living in lodgings in Halifax in
1851. They were also wiredrawers with Monmouthshire birth places. I suspect they
may all be brothers.
I would appreciate any help anyone might be able to offer in finding these men
in 1841 and/or their earlier family origins.
Regards
Roger
