Hi A L
Thanks for the information re.Mynyddislwyn.
This knowledge now makes me realise why there were/are some members of the
family in Pontypridd Reg. Dist.
Whereas the majority of the "Welsh" family groups were/are in the
Pontypool
Reg.Dist from 1840 onward.
Was it a mining area during the 1818 period?
Aaron was a coalminer from Somerset, as were most of the HORLER migrants
to
South Wales, I am now wondering if he have gone there to find work
and
then
married a girl from back home in Somerset when settled?
Please, has anyone on this list the fische of the Marriage records for
St.Tewdyr Mynyddislwyn. 30th November 1818. that is willing to look Aaron
& Ann up for me?
