under surnames. I was wondering if anyone knew of this family or had
connections with them. The Mary Goza mentioned that was born in 1800 in Ga, was
first married to my gggrandfather, Nicholas Hartzell (b in PA.). They lived
in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. I have never been able to find a marriage records of
who Mary's parent's were. In court documents, she was always around Isaiah

Samuel Staples and they moved to Jefferson Co., so did Isaiah Goza and his
family. Isaiah Goza later moved to Pulaski County, Mo.

I suspect you refer to the wife of Jasper EOFF, who is believed to have been
Parmelia Thompson, despite the 1880 census listing as "Amelia". If so, she
died in Dec., 1880 and her burial place is unknown.
