Thanks Tim for answering Bryant's concerns.
I think Karen has been keeping track of all the discussions on the rules
issue and should have a document that can be viewed and voted on in the
near future.
Concerning how to handle a grievance, we can select a Grievance Chairperson
to receive grievances and find volunteers to actually handle it. Or we can
let the USGenWeb Grievance Committee handle grievances that may come up for
us. The MNGenWeb is small in numbers and this might actually be the best
way to go.
Another issue is the SC election. If we ask the EC to handle the election
for us, we have to consider that May is a busy month for them and select
another time period. Also, if the EC handles the election for us, only
registered members can vote. If we handle it every member can vote.

This has been fixed in the forum that Wayne Saewyc has so kindly provided
us with:

So noted and fixed.

At the moment, this is not an option for us as this is dictated as a
USGenWeb rule. All we are saying is how a coordinator fulfills this
requirement is left to them to decide. It is suggested that a link to a
query board such as Ancestry has is an acceptable route to accomplish this
requirement. Others may choose to do manual queries by receiving email
from a visitor who either fills in a form or just sends and email which is
then formatted to be placed online.

Yes. I use one of two methods - 1. a graphic that says updated followed
by the last date of update like- updated.gif bold tag 5 Sep 2017 bold
close tag.
2. a code that translates the date last modified on the server to show the
last time the page was uploaded to the server.
