For the USGenWeb logo, the bylaw/rule requires it to only be on the home/index page with
the link. Suggest the state be the same way.

In the past, I have always used the logo [both MNGenWeb and USGenWeb &
links] on the index or first page of my County. Then on ensuing pages I
just use the words and links [no logos].
My question: Does the word 'website' mean all pages of a County or just
the Index or first page of the County?
