Odds of the virus coming from someone off the MNGEN-L list is far greater than on our
mailing list.
There is a free virus scanner available that a network administrator suggested to me.

Could everybody please update their virus software and definitions?
I've gotten about four Beagle/Bagle viruses in the past week from
various ISPs - all forged with rwfonkenmn(a)worldnet.att.net. (So I'm
sure they are probably genealogy buddies.) This latest virus came from
someone using DESKTOP MEDIA in Albert Lea.
Those viruses aren't anything to mess around with. You need to get rid
of it right away. One removal tool that you might want to try is
stinger -
