To push the banner to the bottom, if you are using a CSS file, make sure that padding and
margin in the body tag is less than 55px.
In a site with no css file (straight html) add in your body tag the following lin
<body style="topmargin="10px">
or whatever amount of you wish that is less than 55px, the RW banner is 55px in height,
and limiting the “white space” at the top of you page will push the banner to the bottom,
which to me is a better situation, though not ideal.
On another note.
ipage.com has a special running right now

75% off regular price for their basic pkg. It equals 23.00 for a yr and includes a domain
name. I am willing to pay for this pkg for one year(I have used iPage for several years
with no complaints and techs are US based friendly and helpful). Subsequent years we can
pass the hat to pay for it.
I am willing to transfer funds to either Shirley or Tim via PayPal for this purchase, if
that would be agreeable to the members.

After looking at county websites, the ones that are using the USGenWeb/RW
banners do not have the search engine in them. The ones that are using the
RW banner alone do have the search engine.
I will check with RW on Monday to see what we need to do in order to have
the USGenWeb banner on all county websites.
