Have you ever made a boo boo but didn't realize it at the time, in doing
web pages?
The page looked right. No one ever said anything to the contrary. Then
one day in looking at the same page you realize - oops.
Had that happen to me just now while reviewing my Yellow Medicine site and
pulling up an original copy of the text I had typed from.
All these years...since the files went online in August 2004, they've had
the wrong chapter number - I beg in my defense it was in Roman numerals
that I read wrong and never caught until now. I was off by 30
chapters....and I was much younger then...
If that's all I ever find, I'll be pleased - yet I daresay other errors
lurk out there - which while not important in this instance, could be an
issue elsewhere - which is to say, researchers should verify their info
from more than one source.
