Center horizontal is not an issue just the vertical. In one page on
another site, it worked out good for me being off balance because I then
came back later and added some link below the first text so it looked
balanced!
Actually I can show you that table - because the table I'm working on has
the same issue as above -

and while there is an old URL change date on the bottom of that page, it
has been fixed, just not uploaded yet. (for political correctness!)
