There's also Dalby's database for many counties, particularly in south and east of
MN.
John walked most of the cemeteries around Steele, Rice and nearby counties himself. My
mom has catalogued many rural cemeteries in Waseca. One of my volunteers, now deceased,
also did cemeteries for Faribault county. All of this information is at MGS.
Additionally (I was not part of this deal) I heard that MGS gave John Dalby quite a bit of
information for his site. I do not know who will take over John's site in the event of
his passing.

You are all welcome to volunteer with Gail's Trails to the Past GPP project
but you should know that we are currently working on putting together a
MNGenWeb special project of Minnesota Gravestone Photo projects. Just
thought everyone should know so they are not confused. Until this week
Gail's project had no photos submitted since it was formed. I see that now
since we have talked about it there are submitted photos so it's great that
we can get the interest going in MNGenWeb!
I will keep you all posted as developments unfold!
Thanks much,
Karen
